New Wisconsin Law Mandates Financial Literacy Courses for High Schools
Wisconsin recently became the 24th state in the country to enact a law requiring high school graduates to complete a semester-long course in financial literacy. Wisconsin schools can fulfill this mandate with a semester-long curricula offered by Junior Achievement of Wisconsin.
JA Financial Literacy, part of the JA High School Experience courses, is a one-semester, teacher-led course that equips high school students with foundational personal finance skills.

Partner with Junior Achievement Using Your DAF
Transform lives using your Donor Advised Fund, DAF!
If you have a Donor Advised Fund you understand the importance of making smart, strategic, financial decisions. Junior Achievement is providing educational experiences and connecting volunteers from the community to local schools, providing the youth of our community financial education, entrepreneurship, and work-readiness.

Vernon J. Hellenbrand Memorial Scholarship - Dane County Area
Now accepting 2024 applications! Graduates from Dane County schools are invited to apply for this scholarship.
If selected as a recipient, the student will receive a $1,000 award. Up to two awards will be granted each year. Awards are for undergraduate study for one year only and are not renewable. The award will be paid in two installments of $500 at the beginning of each semester and upon verification of enrollment. The checks will be mailed to the school on behalf of the student.
